So we had the opportunity to listen to the entire 5+ minutes of Shannon Price’s 911 call on the day that her “husband” Gary Coleman allegedly fell while in their home in Utah and there’s something that doesn’t quite fit. Usually when people are under distress or in stressful situations they don’t think about themselves, especially when a love one is involved. She keeps talking about how she can’t deal with all of the blood, but when your in an unexpected situation like that, you forget about yourself, you adrenaline kicks in and you forget about your own selfish fears. She doesn’t sound panicked or as if she’s crying.

It has us thinking… and now we find out that Shannon and Gary were divorced nearly two prior to his death, yet Shannon made the choice to pull him off life support. Attorney Randy Kester says:

“I can confirm they’ve been divorced since August 12, 2008, at the time of Gary’s death, they were not married. I have no knowledge if they were ever remarried.”

“Gary wanted me to keep their divorce private, but now that it’s been made public, I’m compelled to say it’s all true.”

“It’s possible that Gary gave Shannon the authority in writing at the hospital to make medical decisions for him, but whether he did, I don’t know.”

We’re not sure if we’d want this man to be our lawyer….

But decide for yourself if she’s hiding something.

Gary Coleman

Late actor Gary Coleman’s lawyer, Randy Kester, announced earlier today that Gary’s family will be holding a homegoing service for the late actor either Friday or Saturday this week. No official word on whether or not the funeral will be public. Kester released the following statement:

“The funeral will take place towards the end of the week either Friday or Saturday in Salt Lake City. It will be at a funeral home and the family is still deciding if it will be a private event or it will be open to his fans too.

Although Gary was not a deeply religious person, he did believe in an after life. Although I cannot discuss personal details like if he had a legal will or if he will be buried or cremated.

I just spoke with his wife Shannon and she is still shocked that Gary has gone, but she is getting on with planning the funeral now and taking care of the business aspect of things.

I’m not aware that Gary had mountains of debt or anything like that and he was getting-by doing jobs here and there.

It’s sad that he died aged only 42, but the doctors did not think he would make it past 25 because all of his health issues.”

Gary Coleman

Trouble actor, Gary Coleman, has passed away at the age of 42. The actor was hospitalized in Utah earlier in the week and listed in ICU. Gary suffered a brain hemorrhage and was placed on life support. The actor was taken off life support and passed away ‘quickly and peacefully’ according to his manager.

Sad news. Rest in Peace.

The 41 year old actor Gary Coleman entered a guilty plea today to a misdemeanor criminal mischief charge related to a domestic violence incident last April. Because no one was injured and no ambulance was called, the original domestic violence charges were dropped.

Gary was ordered to complete a domestic violence course and pay a fine 0f $595. If he fails to complete the course, Gary would have to serve 31 1/2 days in jail.
