Looks like all of Fantasia’s cheating and scheming has paid off. The singer’s latest album, Back to Me, made it better than anyone could have expected. The album debuted at #2 on the charts selling a grand total of 122,000 in it’s first week. To put things into perspective, her previous self-titled album debuted at #13 it’s first week out. Back to Me came in second to Katy Perry’s, Teenage Dream, which sold 194,000 copies.
While congratulations are in order to both ladies, but we’d have more respect for Fantasia’s success had she not faked a suicide two weeks before her album release in an effort to gain sympathy sales. But do what you gotta do.
Heavyweight champion, Mike Tyson, and his precious babygirl, Milan Tyson, was spotted making their way to the premiere of ESPN Films’ “One Night In Vegas” at the Dwyer Cultural Center on August 31, 2010 in New York City.

Earlier this year, Mike went on The View and revealed that he, like most folks in America live paycheck to paycheck and the he was completely broke. Bless his heart. It’s been a rough couple of years for the poor guy. It may be karma, but either way it goes, we wish hi, well.
We had the lovely opportunity to go and see Takers this morning and we just had to share our feelings about the film. First of all we wanna say that we fully support the film and we love the fact that so many black celebrities came together for a film that turned out to be #1 over the weekend. Kudos.
Now for the not so good part… T.I. can’t act to save his life. We’re totally questioning how he got his role in the film and the same thing goes for Chris Brown. It brings up the issue that many actors have with Hollywood and how film producers go with talentless rappers and singers as opposed to actors with true talent. We keep playing in our minds the scene where T.I. says, “I’ll put the holes in your head like a bowling ball.” <—–Horribly done.
The bottom line of it all is that the film would have been ten times better had T.I. and Chris Brown not been cast.
We didn’t hate to movie, but we’re not gonna buy it when it comes out on BluRay either. The best part of the film was when they showed Idris Elba in his boxer briefs, exposing his package, and the only other good thing about it was Chris Brown stunts. We’d recommend that you go and see the movie for that reason alone. While his acting was sub par to say the least, he’s make a wonderful stunt man.

Singer Rihanna was just honored with her very own wax figure from Madame Tussauds and while it looks similar to Rihanna, we think they could have done better.
The singer was photoed giving herself a kiss on the cheek. The figure was unveiled in Washington DC earlier this morning.
