Spoiler alert for all those who haven’t seen the new Star Wars film, The Force Awakens. Although, if you haven’t seen it yet you can’t be that big of a fan so, spoil away we will! While the main cast of characters in the new films is a bunch of relative unknowns – not including those from the originals – the film is full of famous people. But if you blink, you’ll miss them. So here they are in case you actually missed it.
Known for his roles in Love Actually, The Maze, and Game Of Thrones, Thomas plays a First Order Officer in the new film. You can spot him in the scene where he’s alerting a Star Destroyer commander that an unauthorized TIE fighter is attempting to take off.
Known for his role as James Bond (as if we even need to say it). Daniel Craig is actually in the new film. You won’t see his face because he’s one of the Stormtroopers. And of course, Stormtroopers wear helmets. Imagine that, 007 playing an extra in another film.
Billie can be seen in Scream Queens in which, ironically, she plays Carrie Fisher’s (Princess Leia) daughter. In The Force Awakens she plays Lieutenant Connix, a Resistance officer. If you didn’t notice her, she’s the blond one with her hair in a bun, again, like Princess Leia.
Known for his roles in Mission Impossible, Star Trek, and Shaun Of The Dead – Pegg plays Unkar Plutt in The Force Awakens. You don’t see his face, and that’s because he’s the voice of this nasty character that’s a corrupt dealer that unfairly trades food for junk with Rey.
Known for his role in Prometheus, Elliot plays Brance (a member of the Resistance). You can catch him standing next to Oscar Isacc when the Resistance is trying to figure out how to defeat the First Order.
Famous for her role in Sense and Sensibility, she plays Dr. Kalonia. She’s easy to spot as she’s the one fixing Chebacca’s wound, while listening to his adventures.
You might have caught Greg in Heroes. But in Star Wars, he’s Snap Wexley. Snap is an X-wing pilot that can only be seen in the film’s 3rd act.
If you’ve seen The Raid, then you know Uwais. If you remember Razoo Quin-Fee from The Force Awakens, then you’ve seen Uwais there too. Despite being a well known Indonesian martial artist, Uwais gets a small role where he has a biref exchange with Han Solo in an alien language, before he gets abruptly relieved.
