Earlier this year, Mike went on The View and revealed that he, like most folks in America live paycheck to paycheck and the he was completely broke. Bless his heart. It’s been a rough couple of years for the poor guy. It may be karma, but either way it goes, we wish hi, well.

Serena Williams and her injured foot hosted the Hampton’s Magazine cover party at Pranna Restaurant on August 25, 2010 in New York City. The tennis pro has graced the cover of the latest edition of t he magazine. Serena’s had her foot in a boot for nearly two months now due to an injury sustained while dining at a restaurant. We would totally hate to be the business that was responsible for that injury.
Serena had to drop out of the U.S. Open de to the injury. If the restaurant is held responsible, could you imagine the cost per day they’d have to pay her???
Annywho, we’re hoping that Serena gets better soon. Boot and all…she does look hot tonight.
Miami Heat, LeBron James, is the latest black celebrity to cover GQ Magazine. The NBA superstar bumped actor Ryan Reynolds from the September 2010 issue of the magazine, we’re pretty sure that he was pissed. In the upcoming issue, LeBron discussed the details of his jaw-dropping decision to go to the Miami Heat, Dan Gilbert and much more.
LeBron on Dan Gilbert:
I don’t think he ever cared about LeBron. My mother always told me: ‘You will see the light of people when they hit adversity. You’ll get a good sense of their character.’ Me and my family have seen the character of that man.” He went on to say that Gilbert’s post-Decision screed “made me feel more comfortable that I made the right decision.”
Lance Stephenson, former high school basketball champion and rookie NBA player, was arrested yesterday for allegedly pushing Jasmine Williams, the mother of his child, down the stairs at her Brooklyn home. Williams stuck her head an was taken to a local hospital with non-serious injuries.
Authorities charged Lance with multiple charges including; felony assault, harassment and weapons charges among other charges. If convicted of the felony assault, Lance could face a minimum of 7 years in prison. If he’s convicted on all count he could face 12 years.
SMH. This man had a two year contract for $1.5 million with the Indiana Pacers that he jeopardize before he could enjoy it. When will these men learn to just walk away and let the police handle these chicks.
