Actor Laurence Fishburne attended the 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on August 29, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. The CSI actor presented avtor Tom Hanks with the Outstanding Miniseries award for “The Pacific”.
The actor has gone through a great deal of embarrassment handed to him by his daughters trampy actions. Laurence’s daughter, Montana Fishburne, has decided to take her business to the street to make a quick buck, whoring around on film.
Laurence looks like this whole situation with his daughter may be getting to him, he has pain in his eye. Bless his heart. We think he did the right thing by cutting his daughter off, though.
Check out Drake’s latest promo for the upcoming 2010 Video Music Awards. The show will air September 12th at 9/8 central on MTV. The VMAs will be hosted by Chelsea Handler and include performances from Kanye, B.o.B., Drake, Justin Bieber and many other fabulous celebs. Nicki Minaj, Trey Songz and Ne-Yo are scheduled to present as well.
R&B singer Usher performed live on ABC’s “Good Morning America” at Rumsey Playfield, Central Park on August 20, 2010 in New York City.
The singer is promoting the release of his EP, Versus, which is scheduled to be released August 24, 2010. He will also be releasing a deluxe edition of Raymond v. Raymond, which will include the 7 new EP tracks and will be released the same day as Versus.
Rapper Jay-Z will soon be releasing his very own memoir. The rapper will reveal some of the most intimate and honest moments of his childhood, teenage years and the rise of his empire.
We’re hoping that there will be some mention of his wife, Beyonce and some juicy details involved.
Jay had the following to say about the release:
“It’s too much. For the book, I was interviewed, people close to me were interviewed. So I was learning a lot of things I didn’t know as a child. It’s not anything I haven’t said in the past, in songs. It’s just more detailed. A song is three minutes long. A book doesn’t have to rhyme, and it has no time limit, so you can say exactly how everything went.”

Kanye is currently working on his yet to be titled 5th studio album which is scheduled to hit stores September 14th on Roc-a-fella Records. His album will feature Drake, Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, Kid Cudi, Rick Ross, and T.I.
Ye’s been working on his album for most of the year while he’s been in seclusion from most of the world. We’re thinking that this one will be super hot. Expect a title to some soon.
