Rapper Ja Rule, Ashanti, and friends came out to help celebrate Ja Rule’s Birthday Party at Quo Nightclub on March 3, 2010 in New York City. The rapper’s birthday was actually February 29th.
Ja is currently set to relaease a new album, Venni Vetti Vecci 2010, his first in 6 years, this summer.
