Brandy and Ray J were spotted last night, January 20th in Los Angeles as the celebrated Ray J’s birthday, which was actually on the 17th. Looked like they had a hell of a time. Ray had to hold Brandy up as they continued to party the night away. We’re sure Brandy’s a light weight when it comes to alcohol.
